BART is performing critical maintenance between Oakland Coliseum and Fruitvale stations that requires closing service between those stations on some weekends through August.
This Sunday, April 26 will be the first day Oakland Athletics fans will face weekend closures of Bay Area Rapid Transit tracks between Coliseum and Fruitvale stations for critical maintenance. Trains traveling from San Francisco and Richmond will terminate at Fruitvale station. BART will be providing a lifeline service bus bridge between Fruitvale and Coliseum station, but BART says to expect 30-60 minute delays for some customers. The first closures began on April 5.
