Ramón Laureano makes another highlight play, A’s snap losing streak vs Orioles

BALTIMORE — Opposing teams still do not seem to be getting the memo on Ramón Laureano’s arm and the A’s are totally fine with that.

The A’s outfielder struck again with another highlight-reel throw to nab a runner trying to score at home plate in the third inning of Tuesday’s 13-2 win over the Baltimore Orioles. The win snapped the A’s four-game losing streak and was their first victory of the season away from the Oakland Coliseum.

Richie Martin, a former A’s top prospect, was the latest victim to get Laureano’d. Having led off the inning with a walk, Martin tried to score from second base on a hit to center field by Joey Rickard.
