That’s the message of Raiders owner Mark Davis, who went scorched-earth on the A’s in a wild interview published by the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Thursday night.
You’d think Davis has a lot in common with A’s owner John Fisher. Like Fisher, he was desperate to get out of the Coliseum and get some taxpayer money for a shiny new Las Vegas base. And like Fisher, he inherited everything he’s got from his billionaire parents. But maybe that all hits too close to home, because Davis really hates Fisher, he made clear in a profanity-laced interview Thursday.
