Parker is 25-16 with a 3.68 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP in 62 career big league starts.
Originally drafted by the D-backs with the ninth overall pick in the 2007 Draft, Parker was dealt to the A's after the '11 season in a deal that sent Trevor Cahill and Craig Breslow to Arizona. In the following two years, he played a pivotal role in Oakland's back-to-back AL West title teams.
He missed the '14 season after his second Tommy John surgery, and he was ruled out for the '15 season after fracturing his elbow during a rehab start in May.
