Matt Spillane of The Journal News reports that four suspects were arrested on Wednesday in connection with last fall’s fatal shooting of Oakland Athletics’ prospect Mike Nolan.
Nolan was critically injured on Sept. 18, when he was shot in his hometown of Yonkers, New York, as he stood in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant with friends.
While Nolan had yet to pitch a game for the A’s, the 23-year-old was drafted in the 18th round of the 2014 amateur draft, making him the 552nd overall pick, and a member of the A’s family.
