The 2020 MLB draft is in the books, so the next step is for the Oakland A’s to sign the players they picked. The team announced Monday that they’ve agreed to terms with three of their five picks.
Leading the way among that trio is 2nd-rounder Jeff Criswell. The college righty gets a $1 million bonus, reports Susan Slusser of the S.F. Chronicle, which is around $210,000 under-slot. The terms for 3rd-rounder Michael Guldberg are not yet known, but 4th-rounder Dane Acker gets his full slot at $447,400, says insider Jim Callis.
