MILWAUKEE — Khris Davis was not in Tuesday’s lineup against the Brewers, and the A’s designated hitter was scheduled to see a doctor for the continuing numbness in his left hand.
Davis was hit on the funny bone by a pitch Saturday against Houston, and he’s continued to have a numbing sensation down in his fingers ever since.
Asked he was concerned, Davis said: “A little bit, just because I’ve never felt this before. I’ve never had nerve damage so it’s hard for me to know what I’m supposed to feel. I know with activity it gets worse.
