A little over three months after Major League Baseball and its owners unanimously approved moving the Oakland A’s to Las Vegas, the answer to where the team will play until their 2028 moving date is a shrug of the shoulders.

Commissioner Rob Manfred wasn’t completely vague when a reporter posed the question of the A’s temporary home on Thursday. He at least specified which portion of the continental United States it will be in.
“It’s clearly going to be some place in the west,” Manfred said, according to The Athletic’s Evan Drellich.
