On the same day that a longtime NBC Sports Bay Area host announced his time at the network was coming to an end, the station came under fire for posting, then deleting, a post on X about the host.
Brodie Brazil announced the news about his upcoming departure on his YouTube channel Thursday morning, ending a 15-year run with the local sports network where he primarily covered the Oakland A’s and San Jose Sharks.
Brazil said his final show will be the A’s season finale on Sept. 29. He added that, “to much sadness and frustration,” his time on Sharks coverage has already ended.
