MESA, Ariz. — If there was any doubt Kyler Murray wouldn’t consider a baseball career with the A’s down the road, he made it clear Saturday.
“I mean, they can hold out all the hope they want to,” Murray told reporters in Norman, Okla. “I'm going to play football.”
Murray gave an interview while attending the Oklahoma-Texas basketball game. The Heisman Trophy winner was honored during a timeout.
