OAKLAND – The A’s will have Kendall Graveman throw a bullpen session Monday, after which he’s likely going to be ready to come off the disabled list and move back into the Oakland rotation.
Manager Bob Melvin said that if Graveman’s workout goes as all his other have, the club could be in position to activate him. The right-hander is eligible to come off the disabled list Tuesday after missing day days with a strained right shoulder.
For the moment, Jesse Hahn, Sean Manaea and Jharel Cotton are scheduled to start for the A’s in a three-game series in Anaheim against the Angels beginning Tuesday.
