Oakland (42-52) trailed 3-0 entering the seventh inning before coming back to force extra innings and beat the Astros for the second straight night.
The game-winning rally started with two outs when Marcus Semien singled and stole second base. Yonder Alonso walked and Reddick hit a slow grounder that forced Houston shortstop Carlos Correa to range deep into the hole.Semien followed third base coach Ron Washington's somewhat curious call to head home and Correa may have been surprised. His throw was off line, and Semien scored the winning run.Dillon Overton acquitted himself nicely in his third big league start and the A's found some late offense to force extra innings on Tuesday night before winning.
