CHICAGO — Matt Chapman’s elusive two-run error with two outs in the ninth inning had the A’s on the brink of yet another ninth inning comeback, but a Khris Davis strikeout with the bases loaded handed Oakland a 3-2 loss to the Chicago White Sox on Saturday.
