Giants need to usher out the Core Four, and other thoughts

Less than 10 shopping days for the Giants to find their new closer and perhaps another set-up reliever. Fail, and they'll have a short October, if they even see October. How's that for gloom-and-doom right out of the tunnel?

--Aroldis Chapman or Andrew Miller would do just fine. The only question is the cost, and we know how expensive things can get in New York.--It's going to hurt, yes. Christian Arroyo, Tyler Beede or Phil Bickford perhaps, but sustaining this even-year thing depends on laying down that kind of sacrifice.--You have to respect Bruce Bochy's loyalty to the old Core Four, but that core is pretty much no more.
