Happy Friday! It is Friday, right? With mid-week holidays, it is quite hard to tell. I hope you all had a nice Independence Day and are looking forward to more fantastic baseball tonight. The A’s had a near-perfect start to the month; their only blemish this week was a gut-wrenching, extra-innings loss to the Twins, which yanked them from brink of the sweep, so tantalizingly close. And, of course, it happened in front of a huge crowd who just wanted a snappy game, an A’s win, and their fireworks. If that isn’t so perfectly #onbrandA’s, I don’t know what is.
