The Oakland A’s are more than one-quarter of the way through the 2021 season, with 45 games in the books, but they’re yet to play against three of their four AL West division rivals — the Angels, Mariners, and Rangers.
That’s about to change quickly, beginning Friday. The A’s open a three-game series in Anaheim against the Angels, then head home for three against the Mariners and four more against the Halos, and then they fly to Seattle for three road contests against the M’s. Settle in, because June 4 is the next time we’ll see the A’s play against a team other than the Angels or Mariners, with the next 13 matchups coming against that pair of western opponents.
