The Athletics are in a new city set to take on a brand new opponent for a weekend series. Coming to town fresh off a sweep and on a winning streak, the A’s will try to keep things going that way as they take on the Milwaukee Brewers for the first of three games on Friday evening at American Family Field.
Starting the series off for the team will be rookie right-hander JT Ginn. The 25-year old looked impressive in his first start of the season last week when he shut down the New York Mets, pitching into the sixth inning and allowing just a single run to a lineup full of superstar players.
