OAKLAND -- The final makeup of the A's 25-man roster was just about locked down when No. 5 starter Felix Doubront took the mound Saturday against the Giants.
He came out of the game after just an inning with left forearm tightness, putting the composition of the roster in flux again. Doubront left the Coliseum midgame to have his arm examined. For the moment, he remains on the roster, but that could change."We're not sure," manager Bob Melvin said. "He's going to get an MRI right now. You could see the velocity was way down for him in the first, so we got him out of there.
