It took some time for the A’s to get their bats going in the Great White North over the weekend, but thanks to some lights out work from Osvaldo Bido on Saturday and a huge first inning against former Athletic Chris Bassitt on Sunday, the A’s came back from Friday’s loss to take the series in Toronto.
Both Bassitt and A’s starter JP Sears were looking for their 10th win of the season, and Sears came out victorious to hit double digit wins for the first time in his career.
