Dave Kaval loves to troll -- he especially loves to troll the Giants and their fans.
The A’s president did just that last Friday night after the Giants blew a five-run ninth-inning lead and lost 8-7 to Oakland when he suggested in a tweet that Giants fans could hop on the bandwagon to become A’s fans.
