For the second straight night, Coco Crisp found himself without a hit as he rehabs with the Stockton Ports, on his way back to the A's.
Crisp, batting leadoff and playing left field, went 0-for-5 with two strikeouts and left three runners on base. The Ports beat the San Jose Giants, 8-5, in 12 innings.
Fighting to re-join the A's outfield, Crisp has struggled as of late. The veteran is now 4-for-19, hitting only .211 in his recent rehab stint with the Ports.
Pitching in his first game for the Ports since being a part of the trade that sent Tyler Clippard from the A's to the Mets, was right-hander Casey Meisner.
