OAKLAND -- Coco Crisp left Saturday's game against the Astros due to illness prior to the start of the third inning.
The left fielder walked in the first and scored on Danny Valencia's two-run double. He didn't make any fielding plays, and did not show any discomfort while running the bases.
Sam Fuld replaced him in left and in the No. 2 spot in the order. Crisp is back with the A's after spending more than two months on the disabled list with a neck strain.
