A Nevada coalition of industrial trade unions finally celebrated its partnership with the Athletics on building a Las Vegas stadium on social media, but it used the wrong logo for the team in a promotional video.
The formerly Oakland A’s struck a deal with the Southern Nevada Building Trades Unions in late April to break ground on the team’s future ballpark when it comes to Sin City. To celebrate this, one of the organization’s executives posted a hype video on Wednesday featuring A’s owner John Fisher. What stood out to most fans, however, wasn’t anything the owner said, but rather what one of the clips of B-roll footage showed.
