Initial details have been released regarding the Saturday arrest of Oakland A’s catcher Bruce Maxwell in Arizona. Maxwell was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (a Class 3 felony), as well as disorderly conduct with a weapon (a Class 6 felony), according to a video of his initial court appearance released by ABC15.
Maxwell was arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at a food delivery person outside his home in Scottsdale.
