For what feels like the umpteenth time, the Oakland Athletics are putting forward a new stadium plan. And this one really has fans and Oaklanders talking.

The ambitious project — which features a rooftop park, 20-story high-rises and an aerial gondola — was announced Wednesday. The "jewel box" ballpark is set in the Port of Oakland's Howard Terminal, with its seats facing out toward the bay.
