The A’s currently find themselves in a rough skid where they haven’t won a series since May 23, but the season goes on and today they start a new week and a new series on the road against the San Diego Padres.
Joey Estes gets the ball game one of the three game stand looking to continue what’s been an encouraging 2024 so far. The 22-year-old has had four stellar starts of his five, and his last one against the Seattle Mariners saw him take a perfect game into the 7th inning.
