OAKLAND — With NFL owners seemingly ready to give their approval on a move by the Oakland Raiders to Las Vegas, the football team’s co-tenants at the Oakland Coliseum voiced hope that a resolution could save the team but added that it’s not their issue to solve.
“On a high level, we want the Raiders in Oakland,” A’s team president Dave Kaval told this newspaper by phone Sunday afternoon. “We think the East Bay fans are the best in professional sports and in North America. … They’re rabid, they’re knowledgeable, and they have a habit of rooting for championship teams.
