Parker, 27, left a back-field pitching session on Thursday "yelling in pain," according to Matt Kawahara of the Sacramento Bee, and was immediately treated by trainers.
Parker originally fractured the medial epicondyle on May 8, 2015 while rehabbing from his second Tommy John surgery on March 24, 2014.
