Oakland Athletics third baseman Ryon Healy has been voted the American League Rookie of the Month for September.
Healy batted .355 (38-for-107) with 19 runs scored, nine doubles, seven home runs and 19 RBI to claim his first career monthly award, becoming the first Oakland player to take home rookie honors since Nate Freiman in May 2013.
