The position player rosters for each of the A’s minor league affiliates have remained remarkably stable so far this year, with very few hitters moving around the system too much during the first quarter of the minor league season. But the same certainly hasn’t been true for the A’s minor league pitching staffs. Lots of pitching prospects have been on the move in the early going, and some high-profile moves are in the works at the moment involving Parker Dunshee, Jharel Cotton and James Kaprielian.
