With an 8-3 victory on Wednesday to complete a sweep of the Blue Jays -- and earn manager Bob Melvin his 601st win with the team, passing Art Howe for third most in franchise history -- the A's are right back to their winning ways.
Since June 16, the A's have a Major League-leading record of 30-10 and have made up more than 10 games on the Mariners in the standings.
