A's coach suspended for spying on players

A's strength and conditioning coach Michael Henriques has admitted to installing a hidden camera inside the Coliseum weight room and was suspended for his actions, according to a report from Yahoo Sports.

Henriques planted the camera to spy on players and team personnel, said Yahoo, which cited league and Major League Players Association sources. The story said Henriques was suspended while an independent law firm hired by the A's concluded an investigation.Major League Baseball and the Players Association monitored the investigation, and the law firm is expected to present its findings to the A's players on Monday."This was the misguided action of one employee," Billy Beane, the A's executive vice president of baseball operations, told Yahoo.
