OAKLAND -- The Oakland A’s agreed to terms with right-handed pitcher Jarrod Parker on a one-year contract for the 2016 season, the club announced today.
Parker will receive $850,000 total ($425,000 guaranteed) in 2016, sources confirmed to CSN California.
The 27-year-old right-hander last pitched for the A's in 2013, going 12-8 with a 3.97 ERA. In his three-year big league career, Parker owns a 25-16 record with a 3.68 ERA.
Parker began his rehab from March 24, 2014 Tommy John surgery on April 23 but made just four starts before re-injuring the elbow May 8.
