The 2024 MLB Draft will get underway Sunday at 4 p.m. PDT. Full coverage of the event will be available on MLB Network. ESPN will broadcast the first round as well and Day 1 will also be available to stream on MLB.com. The Oakland Athletics will make three selections on Day 1 of the draft. They hold pick No. 4 in the first round and will start the second round with pick No. 40. The A’s will also close out Day 1 with the 73rd pick.
