That's it. Yoenis Cespedes is a superhero.
There is no other explanation for what the Oakland A's left fielder has done over the team's last two games against the Angels.
During the eighth inning of Tuesday's contest in Anaheim, Cespedes launched a 300-plus foot rocket from the left field corner to nail Howie Kendrick at home plate without a hop. It was quite simply the throw of the decade.
Even the Angels' official Twitter account felt the need to chime in:
Ok Cespedes. We get it. You have an arm. #Angels

But, that wasn't it. Not by a long shot. Because, on Wednesday night, Cespedes decided to produce an amazing encore, firing a missile from the Corona sign in left to gun down Albert Pujols - again without a bounce:
As you might expect, the Los Angeles Angels are getting tired of these shenanigans.
Cespedes, I thought we discussed this already... — Los Angeles Angels (@Angels) June 12, 2014
Get the Gold Glove polished up.
Thanks to MLB Memes for the GIF.
