The Notre Dame Fighting Irish Women’s Basketball team continued the similar dominance that we have seen since the close games against Louisville and Tennessee. The Irish (20-2 overall, 8-1 in ACC play) had two road games since our last update on them. The women on the team played very well and really left no doubt this past week.
Last Week’s Games
Last Thursday night, the Number 5 Irish traveled to Pittsburgh to take on the Panthers. In the first half of that one, the team had 13-2 and 18-2 runs to power them to a 44-21 lead at the break.
