Welcome to the weekly Women’s Basketball report!
After a very eventful week last week, the Number 5 Fighting Irish have only had one game since the huge comeback over Tennessee. That game was on Sunday afternoon at Purcell Pavilion. It’s pretty safe to say that the girls did not have any problem with the Clemson Tigers coming to town. I wish I could’ve said the same for the men’s team, but that is another story.
Against Clemson, the Irish did nothing short of dominate the whole game. They seemed to ride the momentum wave, and they ended the first quarter up 28-13.
