Football players have been making one-handed catches since the game was invented, but the art of the one-handed catch seems to be increasing in popularity. New York Giants’ wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is probably to thank for that.
Aliz’e Jones, a four-star tight end in the 2015 class committed to Notre Dame, is working on his one-handed catching ability.
He seems to be making some progress.
