In 2016 as a freshman, Ade Ogundeji did not see any action for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He spent the season redshirting and playing on the scout team. His goal was to get healthy after an injury his senior year of high school and to add weight in the weight room. Ogundeji could see his first action in 2017.
