By now, all fans of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish know who #23 Drue Tranquill is. The senior has played and started in each of the last three seasons. Drue Tranquill stands at 6’2 and weighs in at 230 lbs. He is a home state boy as he is from Fort Wayne, Indiana. He has played strong safety each of the last three years but that could be subject to change this year.
In 2014, his true freshman season, he played in the first 11 games with 3 starts. His season was cut one game short when he suffered a torn ACL against Louisville.
