Notre Dame was silent on the gridiron last week with their last bye week of the year, but they were on fire on the recruiting trail. If you blinked, you missed four commitments on the week. Riley was a recommitment for Notre Dame. After initially committing to Notre Dame on the same day Will Shipley spurred the Irish for Clemson, Riley decommitted and flipped to USC months later.
