If you want to fix this Wake Forest hangover, you might need a handful of Tylenol, and a damn good Bloody Mary. There is no need to peel back the layers of this 28-7 Notre Dame victory. There wasn’t a list of details that came about that decided this game. One could simply say that the better team won.
Let’s face it… this game was a very difficult game to watch. We kept waiting for some type of explosion that would lift the Irish past the Demon Deacons in a fashion that would make that 4 touchdown point spread seem like Vegas was underestimating the Irish.
