Notre Dame Rises A Spot to #7 In Week Nine Coaches Poll

While enjoying a bye week, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish managed to still benefit from another chaotic week in college football. While the Irish are still at #8 in the AP Top 25, they rose one spot to #7 in the USA Today Coaches Poll.

Here are both polls headed into week nine:

In the AP Poll, the Clemson Tigers dropped a spot from #3 to #4 and the Ohio State Buckeyes took their old spot. Both teams won over the weekend.
