The tenth-ranked Notre Dame men’s lacrosse team dropped its second consecutive game this season, losing to 16th ranked University of Denver by a score of 14-11 on Saturday. The loss comes on the heels of a 14-9 defeat to 7th ranked Maryland a week prior.
Midfielder Wheaton Jackoboice led all Irish scorers by netting four goals in the contest, giving him six goals on the season for Notre Dame. Senior attacker Brian Willetts added two goals and an assist for the Irish, as did senior midfielder Bryan Costabile who now has eight goals on the season.
