The Notre Dame defense should receive a significant boost this season from the return of cornerback KeiVarae Russell. Russell missed all of last season after being suspended for academic dishonesty, but was developing into one of the country’s top corners before his punishment.
This afternoon, Russell provided a glimpse of the impressive athleticism he brings to the gridiron. He posted an Instagram video of himself box jumping an absurd height, and he added in a little whip dance at the end for some extra flavor.
This should get Fighting Irish fans excited.
