Tommy Bush had a huge showing at The Opening Regionals in Houston on Feb. 4 where he clocked in at 4.47 seconds in the 40-yard dash along with other impressive times and measurables.
I spoke with him shortly after. He had around 20 scholarship offers at that time which was less that a month ago.
Since then, he has blown. He went from being a reasonably known recruit, to a nationally talked about name with 34 offers including Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Florida State, Georgia, Notre Dame and most solid Power 5 programs.
“I receive upwards to 2 to 3 calls or texts, and reporter messages as well, for interviews at least once a night,” Tommy Bush told me when I asked him how much attention he’s receiving.
