With National Signing Day just two weeks away, and with most of the 2019 class for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish already signed, there isn’t a whole lot of drama left for February 6th. Yesterday we saw Kyle Hamilton get his 5th star, and then today, 247 released the rest of their top 247 ranked prospects. These new rankings provide a bit of a shock.
