Even before the 12 team college football playoff was made official, Notre Dame football fans have been eagerly anticipating a first round game in South Bend. For far too long, college football has taken the fun of an outdoor sport in the postseason and thrown it in the trash for “warmer” destinations.
It’s ridiculous.
North of the Mason-Dixon line, we refer to it as “football weather” and it’s one of those things that helps separate the men from the boys — can you play in 20 degree weather? No? So... you’re just going to tell the Buffalo Bills when they draft you “no thanks” and then enter an internship at Chick-fil-A?
