The Notre Dame Fighting Irish appeared to come out of spring football fairly healthy, and it seemed as if they were going to be at full strength for fall camp. That may have changed a little bit following the news that starting left guard, Aaron Banks underwent foot surgery last week.
It seems as if this was a fairly minor (at least not major) surgery, and Banks should make a full recovery for the season.
While nothing official has been released from the university, we can all start to wonder how the line will transform if Banks is unable to go full go in practice and in the first game or two of the 2019 season.
