New three-star Notre Dame commit Jalen Elliott is a promising young player in his own right, but he has his sights set on helping build out the Irish recruiting class. When asked about his commitment, Elliott discussed his plans to hit the recruiting trail.

Elliott comes from Virginia, a talent-rich area that hasn’t historically been a hotbed for Notre Dame.
